Full renovation, restructuring, upgrading: we run the tender process, select the contractors and supervise the site day to day, consistently defending the owner’s interests.
Our operating background changes things: we know what must work on opening day, what a badly placed bed or an undersized linen room costs. The works serve the operation, never the other way round.
All our assignments are à la carte: you freely choose which services you entrust to us, and you remain free to end the collaboration at any time.
